At Great Lakes Waterjet, we take a tremendous amount of pride in our work. Whether it is one part or thousands, your job is treated with the same quality standards we have set. Our working envelope is currently 52”x 26” of X and Y axis travel. That doesn’t mean that is the biggest part we can make. We can work from your design and drawings or we can custom create the drawings for you. Our programming works with standard DXF format. But if you only have a drawing on paper or an idea in your mind, that’s fine too. We will make your ideas come to life. The waterjet process does not use heat! It is basically unlimited as to what it can cut. If the material can be touched by water, it can be cut. We also offer custom etching.

Mechwerks manufactures Frame Kits, Plans and Parts for the fabrication of Chopper and Custom Motorcycles. Our website www.mechwerks.com is being dedicated to supporting small shop and enthusiast motorcycle fabricators. Although MechWerks is a relatively new company, the owner has over 30 years of metal fabrication and special interest motor vehicle construction. MechWerks has a 4' x 8' CNC Plasma cutting table and can do custom metal profile cutting up to 3/4" steel. Many new ideas related to motorcycle fabrication come out every day and will be offered as development and testing is completed.
